现所在地要求：

具体要求：

-Ensure on-time delivery of materials against the production plan or shipment plan
-Ensure the inventory level of materials according to ITO target
-Ensure the data accuracy of purchasing parameters and pricing
-Good co-operation with product lines an other plant support functions to ensure the cost effective and efficiency purchasing operation
-Maintain and update item data /purchasing parameters in BaaN
-Co-ordinate with SQE,IQC, WH and Customs Department for RTV

Responsibilities:
-Co-ordinate with suppliers for customer demand planning to ensure the material availability.
-Scheduling materials according to demand ramp down and up with suppliers.
-Support superior to develop and monitor performance measurement including ITO, DA, customer satisfaction and supplier rating.
-Maintain and update item data /purchasing parameters in BaaN.

Requirements:
-2 years Purchasing experience in manufacturing industry
-Familiar with ERP system & tools, SCM
-Knowledge in Business and Finance issues
-Knowledge of commodity and supplier base
-Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
-Good command of English
