具体要求：

1.常规生产用原材料、零部件采购（主要是铸件及齿轮箱相关部件），包括定单，价格制作及交货跟踪等；To do the purchasing of the routine raw material, components for production (mainly casting and gearbox related components), including order release, price negotiation and delivery follow up;
2.供应商管理，包括：价格管理、质量改进，准时供货、数量统计以及信息反馈，成本分析等； Supplier management including price management, quality improving, on-time delivery, quantity statistic and information feedback, cost analysis,etc;
3.供应商改进，包括通过市场调查收集供应商信息，维持并逐年降低采购成本；To do the supplier improvement, include collect supplier info. by marketing survey, keep and reduce the purchasing cost year after year;
4.库存控制，定期制作相应零部件计划采购、质量等报告；Stock control, finalize relevant material components purchasing plan, quality report periodically;
5.完成上级委派或要求完成的其他任务。To accomplish the other task assigned by the leader.

要求Requirement:

1.年龄26至35岁；Age from 26-35 years old;
2.有机械制造、重工业相关专业或工作背景，熟悉铸件、橡胶件及机械加工；Mechanical manufacturing, heavy industry or related industry background. Have basic knowledge for casting and machining.
3.大学本科及以上学历，有3年以上采购工作经验；Undergraduate degree or above, 3 years experience in purchasing at least.
4.英语四级水平，听说读写流利；English CET-4. fluent communication with English;
5.熟练使用办公软件和设备；Familiar with office software and equipment;
6.为人诚实，有责任感，敬业精神和团队意识；Honest, with sense of responsibility, strong hard-work and team work spirit.
7.适合经常出差。Suitable for frequent business trip.
