JOB DESCRIPTION :
· Communicate with customer to understand the needs of order inquiry, product specification.
· Follow up customer inquiry and coordinate the activities among different departments to meet customer request.
· Provide high standard quality service support to customers as a team.
REQUIREMENT :
1. University Degree or Diploma Holder
2. 3 years experience in customer service and/or project co-ordination (less experience will be considered as junior assistant)
3. Good communication skill, self-motivated, result & detailed oriented and being able to work under pressure
4. Team player and being able to coordinate the work of others
5. Fluent in both spoken & written English, Cantonese/Mandarin is required
6. Proficient in PC operation such as MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing etc
